You know the feeling when school starts to pound down on your brain and all of a sudden 4 weeks have passed and you don’t know how it happened? That is how I feel right now. The worst part about it? I’ve missed an exhorbitant amount of television, which if you haven’t figured out yet, runs my life. Also, I am unable to catch up with my favorite shows because my computer has decided that havign a screen is no longer desirable and it would rather not. In other words, it’s broken. So I’m stuck here wondering how to see all my favorite shows without missing an episode. My solution: Time Travel. I’ve decided to attend a ENES class to learn how to build a hovercraft, reconfigure the calculations and then use said hovercraft to travel through space and time. Genius right? I think so. So if you’ve missed a show, call me up and we’ll figure something out.

New and Old
So all the new shows have dropped by now but I want to focus on the shows from last year that I still love and have just warmed the cockles of my little heart. I have my favorites and in a gesture of goodwill I will share them with you now.

TV Talk
Television Editor
So we all watch TV. Whether it’s on as background noise or you are riveted by a program, television is a central part of American life. I know personally, I watch more television than is probably healthy and I have my weekly schedule that I stick to like it’s the new Kabbalah.
But I also love all the new shows every fall. It’s kind of like Christmas morning all through the month of October. After last year’s writer’s strike, there is certainly a lot to catch up on. Are Meredith and Derek going to last? Is Michael going to get it on with the new HR rep? Who did Betty pick? What’s going to happen this season with Benson and Stabler? Is #13 going to die of Huntington’s? Are Addison and Pete going to get it on? Is Tripp going to forget about Brian?
There are just so many unanswered questions. This section is all about answering those questions. Unwind! really wants to cover the things that affect college students in the non-academic parts of their lives.
As students we are told over and over to study, take school seriously, be the best we can be. But everyone needs a little downtime. In this section we’ll tell you the best way to spend your spare time in front of the TV. Because as much as it may "rot your brain," television is the perfect thing to relax with. Popcorn, sweats, and a brightly colored screen; it’s like the movies without having to leave your bed.
